• Local pick-up:
Free local pick-up offered in Granite Falls, NC.
• Custom orders:
Custom orders are welcome! If there is design or item you have in mind and do not see, send me a message through my Facebook page, Jennifer Lauren Embroidery, email jenniferlaurenembroidery@gmail.com, or “contact” above and I will be happy to send more options.
• Proofs:
If you are a new customer, send me a private message (preferably through my Facebook page) after checking out and I'll send proof(s) of your designs for you to approve before I stitch your item(s). Please note that delay in response about proof can delay production. Please look the proof(s) over carefully, as it is a digital rendering of what the final product will look like (ie. Placement of name/monogram, SPELLING, order of monogram letters, color placement). If you ordered an applique design, the fabrics will not show in proof. **Shades of thread may differ slightly from colors on screen. If ANYTHING about the proof looks out of sorts to you, or if something obvious to you is missing (a frame/border, name, small detail, etc), please let me know during the proofing process, as this is exactly how the item will be stitched. I will not add anything to your design without you having approved the proof.
• Turnaround:
I order your shirt, dress, etc. and buy fabric especially for you. I ask that you give a MINIMUM of two weeks for me to get your items ordered and made (this does not include ship time), and MINIMUM one week for customer provided items from the time I receive item and payment. These times may be longer than 1-2 weeks, depending on demand. If you need your item(s) by a certain date, please ask for an updated turnaround. Any orders needed before TAT will require a rush fee. A MINIMUM rush fee of $10 per item will bump you to the top of my list. I cannot guarantee a package will arrive by a certain date, but I CAN do my part and ship by a specified date we discuss.
• Payments:
Due to the custom nature of my work, payment is due at time of order. Your order will not be started until I receive payment. I go in order of payments received.
• Changes to order:
***PLEASE LOOK OVER THE DETAILS OF YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY.*** I am not able to make changes after the order has been placed, as I order your shirt, dress, etc. especially for you. This includes changes in blank size, blank color, name, etc.
